Be careful with in-ear headphones

I bought this oil after reading an article about how it can help calm the digestive system. I have suffered from IBS for many years. After using the oil (one drop one hour before meals) for about 6 weeks, I started getting severe itching on my hands and feet. After doing more research on supplements, I found that itchy skin and rashes are possible side effects of taking this oil. So I'm now stopping taking the oil on a daily basis and hopefully can use it occasionally when I'm expecting a large or heavy meal (as it seems to have worked for me on that matter).
