I didn't think it would help, but I've used it for a variety of situations from overuse muscle soreness to fibromyalgia flare-ups. In all cases in my family, this role has significantly reduced the pain, eased the pain for a while, and sometimes even helped get some sleep. WILL IT STAY COLD? This scooter stayed cool for up to 15 minutes in very hot weather and 20 minutes in hot weather. in my experience it has cooler weather. CONCLUSION For an easy and quick way to relieve sore muscles or a condition like fibromyalgia, this roller is a good choice to try. It has enough weight to be effective and stays cool for at least 15 minutes when I use it, depending on the temperature outside. MY RATING Five stars for it. It was surprisingly effective.
