I bought a Zohulu camcorder just in time for my son's basketball game. I tried to use the camera, but the message "Storage Media" appeared on the display. Then I go to "Format" and click "Yes". After a few seconds I think the formatting did it. But when I try to record I still get the same "storage media" message. I've heard a lot about this camera, but the manual is poorly written and confusing. No mention of support - no website or phone number. I'm an extremely dissatisfied customer because they don't offer any support.
