Covers the outer frame of my 40" Sony LED but the velcro tab protecting the area around the mount on the back of the TV is on the top instead of the bottom like this one. This keeps the flap from touching the support post. This isn't a heavy-duty jacket - it weighs about the same as a men's unlined polyester windbreaker. It can be useful as a dust cover, but it won't protect your TV Wind or moisture.The soft lining mentioned in the description is a very thin cotton band that tears easily.If you are trying to protect a mid to high range TV I would recommend a case made of a heavier (canvas like) material with a few grommets and plates recommend to fully cover the area around the mount.
