Revainrating 5 out of 5

Relax. I like it.: Hand and power tools

Withstands a lot. The front section with two tool walls is now almost completely filled, as is the main compartment at the back. I use this space for my tool belt, which is quite bulky and needs to be folded fairly tightly, plus a couple of zippered pockets with small parts, a DMM, a few rolls of duct tape, two bits. Kits and of course a 20V battery. Too bad it doesn't come in the bag (and a battery charger) but I think it's aimed at people who already have DeWalt power tools (I'm not one of those people). ). In hindsight, it would have been a lot cheaper and more convenient to just buy a regular backlit backpack and a separate power bank (which could hold a lot more charge than the 2Ah batteries I ended up buying). Anyway, this still works for me in the battery age since my phone's battery is 3Ah, but I don't really use it much so the backpack charging system is sort of a backup for me in case I'm really low. There's a small pocket to store a rolled-up USB cable, and next to it is a large pocket that fits most smartphones. I'm an electrical lighting technician in the entertainment industry so there's almost always 120VAC around or I wouldn't be around because I wouldn't have a job, but I like to have everything in one place for storage. my personal belongings and I don't have to worry about charging my phone somewhere far away. It's always either with me or in my pocket. Oh yes, and the best thing about this backpack is the light. It's damn cool and makes everyone at work jealous. No more fumbling around in the dark to find or pack something and relying on a flashlight or headlamp - just a quick button press or two and the interior of the bag is illuminated with light that can be directed. everywhere (I've even used it when carrying a backpack to illuminate the path ahead). Really makes life a lot easier. I like it. It's quite bulky and if you pack it like I do, it gets pretty heavy. But at least it's a backpack and not a standard tool bag, so you can spread the weight over both shoulders, which is important. So overall it's great. If you're more interested in charging than anything but don't have DeWalt batteries yet, do yourself a favor and invest in a power bank instead and buy another backpack, or buy a CLC backpack, which is basically a replica is. of it, but has a 15Ah power supply (seriously, you can't beat it). I personally don't need a weekly charge because I can just charge the batteries when I get home, but I guess everyone is different. It feels very durable and I honestly don't see this bag wearing out over the next ten years. So you could say it's guaranteed to be difficult.
