Not easy to roll and open
Did a test run on them today to make sure I understand how they work. I used them at our launch party as they don't seem very reliable. I had to fiddle with the one I had a dry run with for a while before I could get it to spin. I even had to peel off the outer paper to make it spin. A little disappointed about that. Also, the confetti will easily bounce if you hold it while trying to make it spin.
