Ideal with exercise
When used correctly, the stuff is great! Use too much and you'll end up with a sticky beard. Use it when your beard is too damp and it doesn't help to prevent hair flyaways. Use it when your beard is too dry and doesn't feel like it needs heavy conditioning. However, I use it daily and will definitely buy it again
