Shirts go 1 size up so buy 1 size up
I ordered several shirts from Columbia Sportwear after taking my measurements and reading the sizing recommendations on the manufacturer's website. The shirts fit perfectly upon arrival. However, after washing/drying as directed (hand wash cold and tumble dry low) all shirts have shrunk a full size and no longer fit. Buy one size larger than necessary or you risk wasting money.
