I use this for business calls and the call quality seems good. The noise level is great and being able to use it with my phone as well is a big plus when I'm on the go. However, the headphone cup is missing and I couldn't wear the headset on my ear for more than about 20 seconds. Minutes without moving it, or without removing the headset for a few minutes. The padding on the earbud is fairly light, so the plastic surround around the speaker presses on the ear and causes pain. Overall I like the headset so I'm not going back. My job is to only regularly change my ears and take off my headphones when I'm working at my desk for a long time.
