Powerful but noisy cordless handheld vacuum

Over the past few years, I've had such unsatisfactory experiences with cordless handheld vacuums from well-known brands like Black & Deckers that I feel like you could buy an unnamed product like this and replace it if necessary for half the price of a name brand device. The truth is that this vacuum cleaner seems to have a lot of suction power for its size. Unfortunately it is also very noisy. According to the manufacturer, it is quiet at around 65 dB, but that's nonsense. I moved the sound level meter about a foot from this vacuum and read 84 dB. On the plus side, the vacuum cleaner comes with a brush, crevice tool and hose nozzles, as well as two filters: one made of paper and the other made of steel. I asked the seller what the difference was and they said that the metal filter lasts longer and dries faster after you wash it. So I'm wondering why they include a paper filter in the first place. The vacuum cleaner also has an LED headlight that you can turn on with the push of a button, but unfortunately the light isn't as bright and is aimed a little further forward. than the area you actually vacuum. Lastly, I would like the manufacturer to use a standard Micro or C-USB cable. Like the last Chinese handheld vacuum I had before, this vacuum uses a cable with a pin on the plug end and an indicator light USB socket in full size. In other words, it's possible to lose another proprietary cable, taking away the appeal of USB charging! All in all, the vacuum cleaner does a good, if deafening, job, but I'm deducting a star for its various specs. Limitations.
