VERY noisy for flossing and flossing
Purchased to replace an identical model I have owned and operated for several years due to a leaking hose. The new device is VERY loud in comparison. When I contacted Waterpik about the issue, they informed me that the volume was normal and related to the material change and that nothing could be done to correct this condition. The volume is aggressive to others in the house. Very disappointed with Wtaerpik's response and the downgrading of a very satisfactory product. Do not buy. Choose another brand.
