I am a VERY skinny male, 5ft 9in, 150lbs. much less than if I used them for training, which I haven't even tried. I sent them back straight away. They don't stretch at all. VERY close at hand. The photo shows how thin my hand is. compared to a business card. The sweatband is right next to it. They may fit a 10 year old child. An adult weighing over 110 pounds cannot use them. In fact, my 5 foot Asian wife weighs 110 pounds. She tried them on and said the same thing: They're too tight. The fit is poor as the construction appeared to be of good quality.
