Will not handle dry pet food as advertised

I got 2 of these for dry dog and cat food. The food does not flow and jams so you cannot pull out the dispenser thing unless you put enough force in the pull that will most likely break it. It also crunches up some of the food while dispensing. Some of the food spills on the out side of the serving drawer and needs to be constantly cleaned out of the drawer area so the drawer will go back into place. These were too expensive not to work as advertised and I would not recommend buying this item.
