Needs modification

Had to sand part of the top to clamp the bars, otherwise the bars were loose and twisted back and forth easily. This would make driving impossible. The sanding appears to have removed the black finish on the top, which isn't a problem as it's covered by the top clips. I'd also like to see a little knurling or something on the inside, rather than just a smooth surface.
