I've compared them more than I care to admit because when I wear something every day I want it to look pretty. This bracelet is absolutely perfect. It's considered a medical bracelet if you need to stand out, but the bracelet looks like a piece of jewelry. Hanging parts (medical symbol and calibration chain) interfere or do not interfere. They make the bracelet feminine and delicate. I am very, very happy with this and didn't know I could be so happy with a medical bracelet. The only thing I'd like to mention if it's important to you is that the outside engraving that my name was printed on is definitely wearing off. They can't see my name anymore - it's almost gone. Of course I would like it to still be visible, but the important content, the medical markings, are still legible on the inside of the strap. I wear it 24/7, even swim in it and the metal looks clean. Recommend.
