Review on Sterling Crossbody Laptop Backpack - Sherpani Soleil Backpacks by Cathy Khan

I have two original versions, bought them about 5 years ago, 4/5 stars (but not 5/5 as there is no bag lock inside). These original bags had a separate "sleeve" for the luggage handle, separate from the pocket that holds the backpack straps. Great design. However, current models use the same pocket for backpack straps and luggage handle. This doesn't work at all, especially when the bag is full, as pushing the handle through the bag will cause the backpack's straps to pop out (up) or get tangled and things snagging, and then you have to carefully check what's up stuck to untangle things and remove the bag from the handlebar four-wheel (vertical) luggage.
