The new cable didn't work. The connection is unscrewed and the solder joint is broken.

When I connected the cable, the first thing I noticed was that the end of the cinch plug was unscrewed. The solder joint is broken on the main leg. Need an easy way to contact the seller and let them know but can't find a link to contact them for customer support. So for now the cable just sits in my garbage pile until I can find someone to fix it. Beware, poor quality control.
