Broke after 2 weeks so disappointed.

Broke after only 2 weeks of light use. For some reason the left joystick lost connection. It hasn't even been dropped yet. I'm certainly not a kid and I know how to take care of my belongings. It was only used in Kirby's Rainbow and Donkey Kong Country-Tropical Freeze. Maybe I had to use it 6 times. I'm looking for warranty information if anyone has any.
