You get what you pay for
This is the cheapest disc cutter because it's the worst. Came in lube which is ok but it was very sticky and took a very long time to come off. The stickiness has completely defeated the purpose/advantage of the traditional lubrication method. Do not buy. Spend a little more to get a lot more.
