It made our job easier to manage all of our socials in one place. The ease at which we can update posts without having each post go through multiple channels was great! Sometimes it takes time for new updates, so I wish there could be an option just like Instagram where you are notified when your content has been approved or denied by Facebook, but overall this tool works very well if used correctly. Our clients love that they now have access to us when using social platforms such as Twitter/Facebook etc. The team at Media Monk has worked with us to create content for both our website and our social media accounts. They are highly professional, have great ideas and always deliver quality work. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for creative content. Nothing at this stage. Would be good if they had an insight into what we do as part of their quote, but nothing we can't live with.
