they are very comfortable and cute, i am size 7.5 and ordered 8 after reading the reviews, i appreciated it and i am glad i did have! I have very wide feet and there was a lot of room in the shoes and I didn't feel uncomfortable or anything. The only disappointing thing was that both boots were wrinkled. I need better packaging but for the price/time it took to arrive I think it's ok. The dent in the shoe was very noticeable although I tried to fix it by inserting paper into the toe of the shoe but it didn't help. They're cute and all, but be warned the packaging is terrible.
