Product "Proxy-Soft Three in One Moulin" is just about ok. The thickest part of the floss was not too thick for the large gap between my bridge and gums and that was the main purpose of my order. The reinforced needle threader section is a little flimsy, but I found it useful. However, I have to use my regular floss for all teeth except the bridge. The "thin" part of this product is both sharp and too thick to fit between my normal teeth. In other words, it's useless. When I ordered this product, I saw that the price was too high, but I was willing to take a risk. HOWEVER, instead of the "200 threads" described, i.e. two boxes with 100 threads, I received a box with 100 threads. (Double the cost, right?) When I tried to contact the seller to complete my order, I couldn't reach him. Even after three rather lengthy attempts. So I contacted Revane. Success! Although the rep said he would order for me "at no additional cost," the company still shipped a box of 100 threads. Now I was ok with that because that was all I wanted to ask the seller! But it worries me that they again fail to live up to their product description. And my concern is that they are not available. And if time is money, this nondescript thread was incredibly expensive. A seller to avoid. say "definitely"?
