I hadn't even heard of this product until reading reviews about a stainless steel cookware set. It is designed to remove stains and streaks from pans. So I bought it for this purpose. After I bought this I saw on the container that it was suitable for other things like pottery. Decided to try it on my white kitchen sink. It was stained from pots and pans and left silver stains all over, especially on the sides. There are large marks on the underside where the ceramic is actually worn. I mean it's time to buy another new sink. I usually use a comet cleaner and it looks a little better. But lately it hasn't helped at all. I found a friend of the bartender and gave it a try. I was amazed at how well it worked! The substance is not grainy like a comet cleaner, but rather resembles the consistency of flour. I had to use some elbow grease but the results are amazing! I can live with this sink for a while. Didn't get any good photos but I think I'll post a few of them. On the 1st I have finished the right bowl, on the 2nd both are finished. I have poor lighting so they look a bit more orange than they really are, but you get the idea. I love this stuff!
