QUBE50 was delivered without any problems. However, after unpacking, I found that the screws to attach the legs are not included (apparently a wobbly screwdriver is also included, also not included). I called Vornado and they sent the screws straight away. NORMALLY I would deduct a star for lack of packaging but the CUSTOMER SERVICE is GREAT so I put the star back on. In terms of functionality, it's not too loud. Many air purifiers LOOK like air purifiers. This one looks like a 1950's UFO with those stilettos on its legs holding a weird cube with a turbine on it - and I LOVE IT. The all-in-one filter is easy to remove and replacement filters are inexpensive. As for the noise, it doesn't bother me at all, but it REALLY sounds like a box fan, especially on high settings (see video), so super duper super sensitive "Oh my god, there's a lawn mower three blocks from here, and now i have an earache" people may need a unit with a quiet night setting. A lot of air comes out at the top so it also acts as an air circulator. Really well thought out product that beats its price range! Definitely worth having an air purifier in $100 range to consider.
