Not satisfied with product

We're having trouble setting up this doorbell. After 5 hours of troubleshooting it finally worked. Then one day it seemed to work and became sporadic. Didn't work when we were home and then only worked in the mornings and not until the end of the day. Didn't do anything we hoped it would. We checked our voltage readings and they were 16-17 volts, which is well within specification. Many network errors. Too much trouble to enjoy what he had to do for us. We hope that the Lorex camera system we bought will be much better since it will be a wired system. Sorry for the bad rating. It wasn't my intention, but we're just not happy with it.
