Disappointed with in-ear headphones

At least disappointed with this pair. I had another pair that accidentally went through the washer and dryer so I had to replace them. In this pair, however, most of the sound comes from the right side only. The volume on the left is minimal, so really very unbalanced. I like the cable as it doesn't tangle and the design is such that the connections are secure, but this pair doesn't match my first pair.
