I like that we can choose how many points each level is worth as well as how much to give away for reaching milestones or goals set by our organization.

We haven't run into any problems with using this program so far. You do need some technical savvy in order to configure it correctly though! Make sure you have someone who knows what they are doing there when configuring your account because most people will not know exactly where everything goes within their profile page (even after reading help files). The benefits include being able to reward employees quickly without taking up resources from other programs/tasks.
