The best thing about confirmkit is its ability to integrate with other tools, allowing me as a researcher to collect data from multiple sources simultaneously. There's not much I dislike about it - but if there was one, it would be the price of the product (it can get quite expensive for small teams). We use confirm kit primarily for A/B testing purposes. It makes the process very easy and intuitive which means we're able to keep our conversion rates high without having to spend too much time training new people.
