The Bluetooth speaker I bought has poor battery life despite being brand new. The speaker advertises 5 hours of battery life at 70-80% speaker volume and over 8 hours of playback at 50% volume, I only get 2 hours of battery life at 80% volume which is very little. Also, the speaker's normal charge time is 2 hours 30 minutes at 0-100%, but my speaker only charges for 90 minutes and then stops charging. So, the problem is with my speaker battery. The sound quality is loud and great, no doubt about it, I ordered a refund and will be ordering a new one, so the speaker is good, but I received the speaker with a faulty or old battery.
