This large capacity toiletry bag from SITHON was ordered to replace my current travel shaving set. Hem, tongue and side piping in leather. In my opinion, the bottom should be made of a much more water-resistant rubber-like material than leather. It is also made of man-made materials on the outside and inside. The leather is relatively soft and somewhat water-repellent. and the bag has 3 main zippered sections. The main compartment has a zip opening with a long pull tab that can be slipped into a pocket. The ends of the double zipper are tied together with a leather strap. To open, the strap is pulled towards the front of the bag and then a tab is pulled out from inside the bag and folded back. I wasn't very happy with this feature because of the long loose tongue. The bag is easy to open and close, but the pull tab is bulky enough to slip into a pocket and takes up extra space when open. Also, I'm not sure how safe the area where the tongue is hidden is supposed to be waterproof. You can easily insert your finger into this area. So water can do the same. Also, the width of the bag is narrow compared to other holdalls I've had. In the main compartment there is a small zippered pocket that can hold bandages or other flat items, but of course nothing of any size or diameter. There are 2 pockets on the sides of the bag. There is a zipper on one side that starts at the bottom back of the bag and goes down to the bottom of the front. This bag has 2 meshed areas to store a range of toiletries. The flap has a strap with 3 holes for a comb or other flat object. The valve can also be left open. This bag is a nice addition to a holdall and I love that feature. The other pocket has a zipper that starts about 1/2 the back and ends about 1/2 the front. The interior is made entirely of soft plastic and seems to serve as a shelf for a damp towel or washcloth. As well-intentioned as this feature is, I don't recall ever putting a damp or wet towel in a shaving kit, and I'm not particularly keen on this bag. However, it can be used to store other products. This bag also has a small zippered pocket that is approximately 4 inches deep. Flat objects can be put in this pocket, but not cylindrical objects of any size. There is enough space inside the holdall and it can be used to store various travel essentials, but any shaving products or shampoos should be carried. Size. Finally, there is a leather strap at one end of the bag. Conclusion: This travel bag is functional, offers a lot of space and has 3 compartments for toiletries. The bag stays open when opened. However, I have concerns about how waterproof the bag actually is, as the flap has a slit when the bag is closed.
