No hands-free function: Poor microphone position below the chin level.

The main problem is uncomfortable plastic ear hooks. Uncomfortable and doesn't hold the headset in place. Rather, he leans forward under the weight of the pole, leaving the mic below his chin. So while I could understand the voice on the other end of the call, they couldn't understand me unless I manually held the mic to my mouth during the call. So much for the speakerphone. Do not buy.
