Bad design, arrived broken

Good concept, poorly implemented. Arrived with part of the bar not attached to the frame. I tried putting it on but the tiny nails holding it together are so thin and short that I couldn't get it to hold up. The silicone pouch was also torn, it took some time to put the fallen ones back together. I screwed everything together and installed the shelf thinking maybe I could find a way to attach the frame, but the slots that the shelf fits in are wide so the shelf doesn't hold well and easily slips out again. Decided to return.
