Not at all what I expected for my 15 month old granddaughter. It's very small! The tops are small enough to fit in their mouths, which all teething babies do. They're just the right shape and size to smother them. For this reason I am returning the toy. Also, the parts shown in the photo were not actually in the box. It shows each stack in a different color. The one I had wasn't like that. Two stacks were the same color. If the parts weren't so small, returning the toy wouldn't be a big problem, but safety is very important for little ones!
