Waffle stitching on the sole makes these socks very breathable. They are of excellent quality and soft material. They're a bit bigger than I expected, but that just means they'll last us longer. I like the longer ankle length to wear with boots. The band doesn't squeeze my small feet at all and holds up well. They're not very thick, so I'm curious to see how warm they'll be this winter. But while they are good for sports as they let air through very well.
