Antenna works great, excellent reception and is very comparable to larger/longer 'mast' antennas while maintaining a lower profile and sleeker, high tech look. I gave one star for the mounting hardware, which unfortunately is sub-standard, at least for American (non-metric) installers. The U-bolts are too narrow to span a standard J-Pol antenna mount, and the pre-drilled holes in the mount, while large, are not large enough or spaced far enough to accommodate the larger U-bolts that a typical Span J-pole antenna mount. Bracket. mount rod. Instead, the bracket should be slotted and contain stainless steel hose/pipe clamps instead of U-bolts. This would be much more flexible, allowing almost any size pipe to be attached, and also much easier to install. And indeed, that's what I ended up doing. But not everyone has easy access to a grooving cutter.
