Does not fit Beta front axle

I bought this tool through another website but since I can't contact the manufacturer I wanted to share my experience to protect the others. I bought this with obvious use on a Beta 430. The finish is good, but the socket and grip tolerances are pretty loose. Also, the bushing technically fits the Beta's axle nut, but you can't turn the nut because the machined hex on the outside of the bushing fits into the axle recess at the bottom of the fork, preventing it from actually loosening or tightening. axle nut. Moving on to the rear axle, the hex is pretty loose on the nut and the wrench is too short to really give you leverage so you have to use your foot to turn the wrench. It is quite thin compared to other brands of axle wrenches, so stability during use is questionable. I'm giving it one star because it's beautiful but not really useful for its intended purpose.

Pros
  • ➌ The perfect axle wrench to take with you on the road or to stash in your tool box.
Cons
  • Expensive insurance
