Review on 🎋 Bamboo Shoe Organizer: Honey-Can-Do SHO-01599 - 3-Tier Shoe Shelf for Neat and Tidy Spaces by Robert Lodge

I like the look of bamboo products, and the fact that shoes can be stored vertically on the shelf saves a lot of space. It took about 15 minutes to assemble using the included hex key and was very easy. However, when I unpacked the product I noticed that one of the wooden pegs on the underside of the shelf had broken clean. I searched the entire box and didn't find a loose part, so it must have broken before shipping. I also noticed after assembly that some of the bent timbers had nicks and warps. I tried to contact Honey-Can-Do at the phone number provided (I couldn't find any other contact information) and that number doesn't work. This is an invalid number. I've just moved across the country and don't want to bother returning a small piece that could easily be mailed to me and taped in place so it's a bit disappointing.
