I usually wear full prescription contact lenses and need reading glasses for computer and housework. I bought these +1.75 diopters weaker than my full prescription so I can work without lenses. With these glasses, which are too weak, I see better than with the combination of contact and reader, especially in the periphery. Metal frames are designed to last and the quality exceeds all expectations. The style is a bit wide for my narrow face, but now that I know the experiment works I can do something similar with custom frames.
