This is a very good product. A bit small for my purposes, but exactly as described. I used it for a while before buying a larger capacity wallet because I just had too many 'things'. If I didn't have so many cards of all kinds, I would still use this wallet. It has many nice features like two window openings. The purse looks good too. If I downsize I would have no hesitation in going back to this wallet. I replied to an email from the seller/manufacturer to see if I liked the product. In response to my reply that I need something bigger, they told me they were working on a larger design. I made an offer, they said they would consider it. They seem very nice and genuinely care about customers' needs and satisfaction as well as their product. Since we were just chatting and I had no issues and didn't want to return the item, I can't comment on their actual response to the issue. But based on my experience and communication with them, I would be shocked if they didn't care about their customer. If a big wallet is released I will definitely check it out for all the reasons above. It's rare to find companies that genuinely care about a customer in today's business environment and take the time to actively communicate with them. Five stars for the product and five stars for the customer service. I see some reviews where people get free or discounted products for their honest reviews and I think that's great. Reviews can help me a lot in making a purchase decision. In case you're wondering, I didn't receive anything and I don't usually write long reviews. I was just impressed.
