Not even worth $10!
It SUCK! It was advertised as 142 gold and animal print balloons! All I had was a handful of white, green, and black balloons. The tapes were stuffed into a bag and everything was ruined. I'm so upset and it's too close to my birthday to go back and buy something else. It didn't cost any money and didn't even cost $10.
