This will definately make you sweat
This product really does what it says, when you take this you will truly sweat, the sweat literally drips down my back and face. I have found that I need to take this an hour before working out. I really work up a sweat while working out and for another 2 hours after. I took a full dose (1 capful) the first day and I was still sweating and clammy for about 6 hours after taking it. I now take 1/2 a dose and it takes about 3 hours to get through my system where I am no longer clammy or sweating.
