Before trying this one, I bought three shower heads. Long Long Honeymoon recommended it as a product they reviewed. We have been using it in two different motorhomes for two years now. We retired just over a year ago and are now full-time 40ft Class A riders. We use this shower head almost every day. Like the design. It works well, saves water, and is attractive. After a year of use, it didn't spray well. I opened it up and cleaned the inside (10 minutes of work) and it's like new again. Two things I struggled with made it a 4 star hotel, but we can fix it. Tubing trash, uncomfortable vinyl. I bought a 6 foot flexible stainless steel hose to replace it. The original shut off valve is plastic trash and broke in half when the shower head was accidentally dropped. Replaced it with a good metal check valve. Despite these two downsides, I still think this is a great wheeled shower head and would recommend it. Just buy a good hose with a good cutoff value.
