good fit, not processed properly.
Installation correct but wrong handling. The first photo I took of the standard shin guard has a raised surface around the tubes where the boot caps sit. The new one that is not ordered is flush with the pipes which causes the spark plug boots to be misplaced unless you use a spark plug to valve cover gasket like in the second photo. Will be returning it as soon as I find a used replacement valve cover. Now Toyota may have introduced this new type of valve cap because they started making shorter spark plug boots, but it will be cheaper for me to find a different valve cap than to buy 4 new spark plug boots.
