Update: Car picked up and sound workshop running. The previous confirmation of a device malfunction was based on my personal description. I couldn't be happier with the product! It's worth the effort and it's very valuable. The radio works fine on modern cars, on older cars with a separate factory amp (mine was fitted to a '94 Ford) make sure the amp wire is connected to the ACC for power. The power supply from the power antennas does not work. Despite the complete lack of customer service, this device is an absolute steal. I'm tempted to buy a second one if this one bites the dust. Touchscreen with native cellular communication via USB. ALL the bells and whistles. EVERYONE! First Review: The device was not working upon arrival as confirmed by the Sound Store. There is no audio signal from the device. Contacted mfr email as per manual, all emails were undelivered.
