The best thing about this product is that it integrates very nicely with our current system, so we don't have any extra work or setup needed for new features added from other products in addition of being able to do an integration call with them! I wish there was more customization options available as well because sometimes you need to make changes quickly but its difficult without having access to your developer (which can be costly).

We are using this tool mainly to help convert leads into customers through text messaging which has been working great thus far.
