Great for cooking chicken thighs
Wing and leg stand Great for cooking chicken thighs! The leg locks are secure and I doubt they will fail in normal use. I have a medium BGE and the rack fits, but the tray is too long. I use a convector for indirect cooking and the grate needs to be placed directly on the stove. The cooking grate does not work with indirect cooking and the grate.
