I made this purple balloon garland for my daughter's birthday and it turned out amazing! All my friends have been asking me what party company I used and how much I paid them! Haha! It was so easy to make and made such a big impact at our outdoor party! Best buy! I just saved $300 by making it myself! It took me about 30 minutes to inflate all the balloons with an electric balloon pump I bought from Revain. Then another 20 minutes to arrange all the balls on the plastic tape. I stretched my garland about 9 feet long, but the strip was a few yards longer so you can make yours longer.
