Unfortunately the shampoo ripped at the bottom and spilled a little into the bag. I will not blame the drivers. I feel the bottles should be much thicker and not easy to break. For the money I paid I'm hoping for good quality thick bottles. Instead, I end up waiting for more than half of the shampoo so I can pour it into another bottle in time. The shampoo sticks very strongly to my hair. I thought it had a great smell and cleaned them well. My hair has been pretty soft for the past few days. The pumps aren't the best either. It was very difficult to get out. So if I could I would probably buy something else. I have thick, curly hair so I wish these ingredients could instantly make it look fuller and softer like some of the products I've tried. But I also know that you have to try the product again and again to get the full effect. So this is bad to do.
