Well, my experience with this phone holder was not a success. Firstly it didn't fit my phone with the case it was in - my phone was too thick with the case so I took the case off and went to my car. Even when my back was completely relaxed, it took me so much effort to connect the two pieces together that I broke the vent. I didn't want to cause any more damage, so I gave up. When I tried to separate the two pieces to put it away, the back piece broke off - so it went in the bin. Maybe that could work with a different phone and a heavier vent, but it does me more harm than good.
