Works fine on Windows 10 without the need to install drivers. I needed this card for the front USB 3.0 ports on my case because I accidentally bent the internal USB 3.0 pins on the motherboard. It worked great and gave me 2 extra USB 3.0 ports on the back of my computer. This could also be used to add one of those 5.25 inch optical drive boxes that have USB 3.0 ports on the front instead of a real optical drive. The SATA connector is a bit tight at first. It might be worth plugging and unplugging it a few times before installing the card to loosen it up a bit.
